By 2025, PC-SLAI shall be a model non-stock savings and loan association ranking among the successful financial institutions providing entrepreneurial empowerment and financial facilities.

We commit to provide reliable and responsive financial services and sustain development assistance to meet the needs of our members nationwide.

1. We shall conduct our operations with honesty, transparancy and fairness.

2. We shall maintain healty and viable operations by safeguarding both our financial and manpower resources.

3. We shall establish and implement rules and regulations in accordance with the identified responsibilities and accountabilities of the trustees, officers, and members.

4. We shall ensure that the personal transactions of the trustees and officers are not in conflict with the corporate interest.

5. We shall adopt adequate risk management policies.

We hereby commit faithfully to abide by the foregoing Code of Good Governance.

Any breach of the said Code of Good Governace shall be recorded by the Board of Trustees.

Violation thereof shall be subjected to caution, admonition, reprimand or disqualification
